The description really does say it all. I dose this in the mornings though, along with another dose a morning booster doses (any morning dose). It really helps get my day started, with out being annoyed with anyone because I'm tired and cranky. It seems to last me through out the day too. I was really impressed with this one because of the complete difference I really feel. No visuals or any thing like that with this dose, it's not like some of these drug doses. You just notice it help straighten your moods out. It's really quite incredible.
