This is one of my favorite doses - I can always rely on this whenever I need caffeine. This one dose alone gives me the same fully-awake and alert effects that you get from an energy drink (You must be practiced in dosing before you get some of these effects). Thing is - it lasts much longer. If I leave it on repeat and go to work with it playing through my headphones, I feel like I hit a limit where I couldn't get more clear-minded and focused. And that's really only after a few (2-4) listens. It works great also for focus. It helped me to problem-solve somewhat easier and I feel as if I almost had taken the real thing - but without the nasty side-effects. I am able to be more efficient in my music making!
