Fantastic and super relaxing. This dose kind of starts off slow. I'm not sure if I have visions, or and drifting in and out of sleep. My mouth gets dry, mostly because I believe my jaw relaxes and my mouth opens a bit while i'm laying down. Then towards the end the tone slows down and I feel myself sinking into the bed. I don't feel like i'm being pushed down as much as maybe my body is flattening. I stay conscious at this point as if I don't make an effort to breath, I won't. Even while consciously breathing my breaths are shallow and slow. I am feeling quite relaxed right now. My back was sore before (not why I tried the dose) but now it feels much better. After half an hour, I feel like I have just woken up naturally which is not the case for me right now as I am a slave to an alarm clock. Black Sunshine made me feel like I had slept 8 hours during my lunch break.
