This dose is in my opinion, is above average. I had to listen to it probably three different times before I really felt the effects mainly because it is a quick hit and you don't really get put in the zone as much as you would with a full length dose. But, when I eventually felt the effects, it was very nice. At first, my arms and legs felt like they were sinking into my bed and went numb, then soon after, a feeling of euphoria spread throughout my body. Being in an extremely relaxed state after about eight minutes, the dose comes to a close and winds down. I just lay in my bed too lazy and relaxed to want to move and even take off the headphones. I would recommend this dose to the people who really know how to get in the zone for dosing fast. It may take a little practice and patience to get the full effects, but it is well worth it.
