I have been using the mobile app about a year now and finally decided to get the software so I could experience the effects of a FULL dose (much longer and without the background music the mobile doses use). I'll just say this: Night and day difference! While I love the mobile doses, I found they are like getting your feet wet in comparison to diving into the deep end of a full dose. For the money, I'll say that it is well worth the purchase. (I am an addict in recovery and these doses have been a godsend and major replacement in living a life free from substances).
