I thought this guide was very valuable and informative (38 pages), and amid the massive "marketing" and push of the products (which is very well done by I-doser throughout their website and other .PDF literature), this is where the founder of I-doser actually gets down to earth and talks about binaural beats and dosing on a normal level that everyone can understand. If you are starting out with I-doser, you should definitely include this in with your first order.
