I haven't felt the effects of what it says in the description, which is a good thing. But I have noticed it take my headaches away. I have what you call optical migraines with flurries in my vision. I came across this dose on youtube and they say with the audio compression (on youtube) it will be less that 3% effective, and THAT worked on my headache! So when I downloaded this, It really did blow my mind! Sometimes it can take about 30min after I listen to it for it to start working. But with the SEVER headaches I get, I am surprised that it even works at all. This is the first does that I ever heard, and now I am hooked on iDoser. Thank you iDoser!
