I honestly liked this dose, I noticed an increase in confidence and energy, more physical disposition and libido. It's the kind of dose that drives you out of the daily routine, can make you nervous if there's nothing new to do, this dose seems to boost your mental energy, it'll be easier to make decisions and stop procrastination. It must be good for the gym but I have not tested it yet for that purpose.
