I bought this pack for it's description. Needless to say, the doses have worked in more ways than one. I have been managing, while learning to cope with a new life that I never planned for. I notice the doses wearing off when I that's what informs me (the doses work for me) that I need another dose ASAP. Considering that medication might not be the best course of action or knowing that medication only treats the symptoms, the dose in tandem with meditation has yielded incredible results. Been an iDoser user for about 8 or more years now, since then I haven't looked back to contemporary medicine for addressing my "diagnoses." Kudos iDoser, ever thankful, LV.
