Saudade is part of our complex series of doses that fall under our Reminiscence collection of doses intended to connect you with powerful feelings from the past. While true-form Saudade has roots in Portuguese or Brazilian disposition, the dose takes inspiration from the longing aspect of Saudade. Not to be confused with our Nostalgia dose, Saudade is a more concentrated feeling of yearning, sadness, or a more potent connection to ancestral origin. The somewhat pleasant feeling of pure nostalgia is slightly tinged by despondency.
