Retrospection is part of our complex series of doses that fall under our Reminiscence collection of doses intended to connect you with powerful feelings from the past. While in series to Nostalgia or Saudade, our Retrospection sequence focuses more on the lingering and thoughtfulness that occurs with natural retrospection. The act of thinking about the past or something that happened in the past, but with deep thought and processing more apparent than other doses in the Reminiscence series of past regression doses.
