Trataka to look, or to gaze, is a method of meditation that involves staring at a single point such as a small object, black dot, or candle flame. It is said to bring energy to the third eye and promote various psychic abilities. The Trataka dose causes increased focus and works well when using this stare point method of meditation, but also opens your third eye. So, even if not using stare point meditation, this dose is still incredibly effective for meditative sessions.
