Spice is a simulation of the notorious mix of herbs and manmade chemicals with mind altering effects known as Spice. The simulation is similar to synthetic marijuana, but much stronger and less stable. Some Spice users report extreme anxiety, feelings of paranoia, and seeing or hearing things that are not there in the forms of visual and auditory hallucinations. They also sometimes report feeling waves of intense relaxation and calm that is often shattered by fear. Spice should be considered similar to an ultra powerful THC dose with potentially much stronger and more unpredictable effects.
