Once I came across a review on the IDoser Forum for Quaalude, I knew I had to try it. I feel like this dose is getting slept on! It’s incredible! I typically love the opiate/narcotic doses best but, although this feels very different, it’s now a favorite. It relaxes the body but I wouldn’t say it causes drowsiness or sleepiness. Quaalude also has some really nice euphoria. You won’t want to move even if it was possible! About halfway through, a distinct , tingling numbness starts in your hands and feet. I also noticed these effects on my face (similar to a weed high). As for the mind high, it seems to make thoughts and my perception of them feel more “open” and “expansive”. It’s difficult to explain. However, it’s oddly calming and pleasant. When I’ve gotten up instead of trying to sleep after listening to Quaalude, I’ve noticed the effects lingering after the dose. Which I’ve only experienced from a couple of other doses and never to this degree. It was trippy! The couch-lock and numbness eased enough so I could function after only a few minutes. However, the relaxation, euphoria and very distinct mind high stayed for a couple hours after. Quaalude works great in a slipstream for sleep (I follow it with something stronger) but it’s definitely not a dose that leaves sleep your only option after dosing. I love it! I think it would work well for new users as well as more experienced ones. Highly recommend giving Quaalude a try! I only wish it made me drowsy (I’m an insomniac ) and that I got that “sexual arousal” effect IDoser mentioned, lol. Guess I’ll have to keep trying! ;)
