I told myself, beforehand, that there was no way this would work. So, the first time I tried it, I really didn't feel much. But, then, as I thought back, I remembered that there was a point where I thought that I was starting to feel something. I decided, then, that I would quit trying so hard to 'focus,' and, more so, to just let my mind wander. And that worked! Not 100%, but I could tell that I was moving in the right direction.
