Used this several times to great effect! I start it right before my mobility warm-ups, which seems to synch perfectly with when I start my working sets. I like it a lot. Today I restarted it after it ended, and there was this really persistent "you're not done yet" voice. Gives just a enough increased focus. I can zero in on the mind/muscle connection REALLY well with this.
