As I listen to this dose. My muscles over my entire body start to tense up. I can feel the juices flowing. You can not listen to this and relax, the dose won't let you. When it's over, it takes a few minutes but then you are focused, energized and ready to go. Haven't tried listening while working out but plan to. I plan on listening to this before I work out and then listen again during my work out. I like it!
