This dose started out the normal level of alpha waves, then about 10 minutes in lowered you down to to a theta wave, then drops you into delta. The experience with this dose was truly amazing, at the start it was normal, then when it dropped down it felt as if i were sinking into my bed, which felt very cool. Then, when it dropped into delta, i was in sleep paralysis, having vivid closed eye visuals, it then felt as if my hands were melting into my chest. I went to sleep for a good 5 hours, when i woke up i felt extremely refreshed. I would recommend this to beginners, and extreme users. This is my favorite dose so far. (By the way, the closed eye visuals were not bad, in fact, they were actually very vivid, and very, VERY amazing and vivid.)
