I have really been working on this one! And when I say working on it-I mean a couple of things. I HAVE to make sure that I will not be distracted. No pets/no roommates allowed when the headphones go on! I also get as comfortable as possible in bed. I usually fall asleep on my side or stomach, but with headphones-that doesn't work-so I am training myself to sleep on my back. I have noticed that the more I listen to Lucid Dream the more I remember when I wake up. I immediately write down what happened in the dream. There have been a few instances that I can remember dreaming-and being CONSCIOUSLY aware that I was dreaming. It was pretty incredible. It is is happening more often-the more frequently and regularly I listen to Lucid Dream. It is very exciting! I can't wait to see where it is going to take my dreams!
