I've used this twice. Now I rarely remember my dreams over the years, after using this I had 4 dreams a night for 2-3 nights. They were not technically lucid as I understand it but about half were extremely vivid. I even had one where I could rewind, make some changes, and continue on (didn't realize I dreaming). Had another where I was given advice. This is definitely worth checking out.
