It does what it offers but you need to listen to this alot if you want it to work properly. I listened to it every night and i only had a lucid dream once, i felt very lucky. I didn't know at first that i was dreaming already. In real life i was at my parents house in my own room. In my dream i was at my sisters place trying to sleep on the couch. Noone seemed to be there except me. I tried and tried but couldn't get to sleep( inside the dream ) then i felt drowsy and scared that i might just fall back and lose control... It felt as if it could be a bad idea to just give in... Yet i was too interested in what might happen. I then gave up on the control over my body and i felt myself just fall back on the couch and what i saw was that my vision seemed like a screen, it cracked and behind it, it was just black. I knew immediately what was going on. From then on i knew i was dreaming and about to go into... another kind of dream? I was at an empty airport, and my body was heavy and slow, i felt that i was groggy, hot and sweating like crazy, i thought that i wanted to look into a mirror so one appeared. I looked inside and saw me, i was moving very slow and saw that i was wearing the clothes i went to bed with. Then i wanted to move on and first i was still very slow moving, it got a bit better after a bit though... So i went on and was inside a bar with a piano, it was empty and i was wondering why, so people appeared but i couldn't really see them at first so i moved closer and they had no faces. The faces appeared first they looked normal but they got really ugly all of a sudden. I went on, opened a door and was in a castle, there were two chairs one for a king and the other for his lady. They only appeared after i saw the chairs. The king had a wierd crown and his lady was just beautiful. I wanted to test out the dream and took the crown off his head and threw it on the ground xD the queen was pissed and called for guards to chase after me. I ran and knew that the dream will end because i got too nervous while being chased. So it ended. Ye
