I wanted to try this since I tried the Iphone Sleeping Angel dose, and I'm glad I did ! About half way through I nodded out waking up about 7 hours later, but I was not groggy at all. Ive been waking up lately mid night because of chronic headaches, and I have been groggy and miserable, but after waking up from my deeeeep insomniac dose induced sleep I not only felt like I had just slept for a week straight, but my headache was gone and I felt extremely energetic. I opened my eyes at exactly 9:30 AM and was out of bed at 9:31 feeling as though I was already up and rinsed my face with cold water. This has been the BEST sleep dose I have tried!
