At first, I was not impressed by this product. But, then I realized that I wasn't following the instructions correctly. I was not going through the full dose, because I didn't feel that I was getting any effect. But, then I decided that I was going to try it properly, relaxing, and listening t it all the way. And, wow, what a difference! I definitely could feel the effects! Then, I tried the same with AcidQH, and a couple of others, and I was very impressed. I wish that I had followed the instructions from the beginning, and I will definitely be enjoying the doses more, from now on.
