This was one of the free doses that came with I-doser. I've already moved on to stronger doses, but this one still had a lasting effect on me. I remember when I took this dose, I felt funny. It's one of those feelings you get that you can't explain. And that last part of the dose was really weird for me. Overall, if you are new to I-doser and you want a great dose to start your experience with, I suggest Alcohol.
