In the beginning you can be surprised when consciousness suddenly start to change, but then you realize that this method is safe and it works! Activation of subconsciousness is pretty fun. I saw interesting colourful detailed images, experienced meaningful deep thoughts, wierd body sensations and warm fuzzy mood. In total I feel more relaxed and creative now, it's a good thing if you want expand your mind in art, music or any other aspect of life.
