Wasn't really sure if it worked at first but after running through several of the doses over the course of a couple days it actually helped me in several personal aspects of life. I enjoy daydreaming and escaping from reality and the Alpha dose was able to do just that (it was as if I was living and controlling my own personal reality) when I started Alpha about 15 minutes in I entered a trance and came out feeling refreshed and ready for my day. Beta also helped me focus during some of my longer days of studying and working long hours (it seemed to enhance my attention span). Every time I used the Delta however I would fall into a dreamless sleep and wake up an hour or two after the dose had ended (I believe that's what is entailed when your brain is producing Delta waves however, but it's also possible I was just tired). Now for Gamma it was a strange experience, same thing as the others about 15 minutes in I entered a trance and I felt focused inward, as if I was started to glimpse a part of me that I have never seen before it felt like I was getting an outside perspective of my soul or whatever you want to call that part of you that makes you who you are.
