This dose is used to induce a state of consciousness for magick and witchcraft - or spellwork. It's 30 minutes long, and the "Alpha" brain sate is responsible for psychic abilities. The "Alpha" State also occurs voluntarily during light hypnosis, meditation, biofeedback, day dreaming, hypnogogic and hypnapompic states. I use it before casting any spells or for anay shamanic or mystic work. I will couple this dose with other doses (such as "Money attraction" dose) or use it for meditation purposes. It isn't a dose used for any altered states, or to "get high" or anything like that. It is an amazing dose when you know what and how to use it!
