My knowledge of these bi-neural frequencies is rather limited, as it is pretty new to me. But meditation is something that I have been practicing for many years. Although "KETAMINE" does not seem to be much like a heavy dose of the drug, (possibly a very low dose) the frequencies that I listen to through my headphones that are supposed to mimic the effects of said drug, I do find quite useful when I am trying to enter a certain state of mind. That being said, I do suppose "KETAMINE' is a more or less useful description of what this tool can provide for me.
