I was going through some of my doses and I decided to try this one. So I started it, and concentrated on the beats. I didn't check, but what I would say to be about halfway through, I got a really tingly and fuzzy and warm feeling throughout my body. But like the dose describes, it was not really a "high" like what you get from something like marijuana. The body feel was amazing, and when I-Doser said the effects would last from 2-4 hours, they weren't kidding. It lasted for a nice 2 1/2 hours, and I just sat on the couch and enjoyed it. I give this dose a 4 out of 5, because it was amazing, but didn't necessarily blow my mind, but I do recommend it for anyone who wants a body numbing experience without a high.
