The only thing i can say about this Dose its Wow...I need to take pills for anxiety, but this is so good when you are in a panic attack...and about the duration i felt it was a long espectrum of time, but i think that its because i meditate since 7 years old and i used much Brainwaves, if your brain is in the correct "channel" the effect last longer almost half day ( Dont leave the medicine just use both).
