I have experiences with meditacion, religion and deep thoughts and elevate states of mind. For me was the same experience of meditate very hard. Of course i was prepared before listening. If you are not familiar with meditation,trance, deepness, you will be forced to feel that state, and will suffer maybe, nauseas, fear, tears, vertigo etc... i repeat, this dose force you to that states that are not familiar to you, so take care of the consecuences, For me was a nice trip, i used to be in that state sometimes. If you are brave and dont fear new experiences, go ahead, its stronger than others. I like too Genesis. This hand of god is like a hammer!
