Ok i bought this one like 2-3 days ago, the first time i tried it, it didn't really work (because of the head phones i used i believe) after listening to it i went to bed within 5-6 mins, didn't have any Lucid Dreams or was i able to re-call any of my dreams, The Second Night i used it (better headphones) i started listening to it, i was laying in my room i kept dozing off into sleep (having quick-Vivid Day dreams) then snapping out of it, After the Dose was over, i went to bed. (i set alarm for 3:00AM) my Alarm went off i didn't have a lucid dream or re-called any of my dreams, i feel back asleep and BOOM! i had a short but very vivid Lucid dream!! the more you listen to them, the more the effect is and the faster it works if you ask me. i rate this 3 because it has worked ONCE and i am sure it will work again tonight! method imma try Listen to it before i go to bed (wake up 3 hours later) listen to it again then go back to bed, might have a way higher chance of having a Lucid Dream.
