I really didn't know what to expect from this dose, but I was quite pleased by the great experience. For the first 20 or so minutes, I felt all the energy in my body move to my head. The energy stayed at my head until it was ending. While it was ending, I felt the energy returning to the entirety of my body again. After the dose was over, I felt refreshed and had a strange sense that I can only describe as an awareness about my environment.
