I have been practicing chakra meditation and qigong for many years. However, I had never really focused on the Sahasrara chakra. I mixed this signal with Kamal's "Whale Meditation." Then, as if a blocked line had been released, the Kundalini rose up the central channel and penetrated the brahma point. Chakra meditation should not be taken lightly. It should be experienced only after you have mastered the control of your prana.
