White Sage is one of my favorite I-Dosers. Within the first 5 minutes, I feel calm, relaxed, content. From then on, the relaxation continues until every single muscle in my body is loose and limber and I'm on the point of dozing. My breathing is slow and deep, as if I'm in a strong meditative state. My mind is wiped clear of all worries, angers, etc., and once it's over I come out of it feeling restored, back in alignment with life. Everyone should have this in their Doser arsenal.
