I started using this "bulk" dose a week ago, so although I think it's still very early to see bulking results itself (which is of course a slow and prolongued process as you might already know) I think it's already doing me some good effects. I found out that this dose is best used just after workout and I can really feel my muscles more relaxed and kind of repaired after dosing. It's a nice feeling and it seems to give a boost in my confidence also but it could be only myself. So, all in all I think this is a good try, a helping hand for your post-workout recovery process (where bulking occurs). 4/5 stars.
