I'm a long time meditator and I have experience with Kundalini, I was curious to try this dose and see what it does. In my experience, this dose safely and slowly raises Kundalini and you can even increase its effects with your inner guidance, yet you can just sit and do nothing (preferably in a meditation pose) and listen and relax to this dose and you will definetely feel changes happening to you. After its done you will feel a lot lighter and energitic with a calm lifted mood. In my opinion if you regularly use this dose you will see changes in your life. So this is one of the most life changing doses in my experience. I give it 5 star easily because its food for your soul.
