that dose is so cool! for a very long time I have had problems with being calm and stress issues and Zazen does the trick. I tried using it with a meditative posture and it made me forget who I am. I sat there, completely calm, but not really here anymore. when the dose ended I felt so refreshed and my head was so light!it was so weird but so cool!
