This dose has three distinct parts. First, it sort of relaxes and focuses you. The second phase is meant to make you aware of the noise in your mind. It sounds like tin foil being rustled aggressively. The third section takes you out of that state, and into yourself. If you are ready to sit throug it, it can be a nice aid to your meditation.
