Tried it only once..iam not sure if it worked..but honestly i'm not well experienced in lucid dreaming..maybe it needs someone who is more experienced..but the very strong feeling i felt in this dose almost during the entire dose...feeling i'm very warm and flushing to the extent that i need ice pack on my face..i dont know why,anyway i'll give it another try
