Vital Energy

As dose begin, I feel some energy is kind of loading around my head, so I try to embrace it, there's flowing energy vibration through my body, from top of head to end of toes, fingertips. As I give some effort to circulate it, powerful vibration flows through my body over and over. It feels refreshing and makes the body warm. I think this dose boosts chi circulation. The sound of dose is pretty intense though, I recommend adjusting sound volume comfortably.
