It is just what it says it is muscle relief helps a little when the back is in excessive pain but it doesn't help that nerve pain they need to make one that cuts out nerve pain and i would buy it because that is what i really need is something to help the pinching and burning I get in my lower back from the sciatica problems I had from my fall.
