This was my first premium PC dose other than the 6 doses that come with Windows Premium. This dose, (since I'm a special case, and I don't always work well with doses because of my case) (I'm autistic btw) really works and does what it set out to do. I bought Vortex because I have a really hard time relaxing and have never probably relaxed except by forcing myself to (through other brainwave entrainment platforms.) Well, Vortex fit the bill. I was able to just relax and not worry about anything, which is a welcome change. If anyone has time to chill, at least an hour, this is a good dose to use. Also, if you have anxiety or other similar disorders, this might help and may be worth investing in (I'm anxious, so...) Anyway, overall, 5 stars, will use regularly.
