Every time I use this dose it lifts my spirits and makes me feel happy. This is one of my favorite doses. It seems to initiate a sense of euphoria as well as a soothing sensation. I find myself using it at least 3 times a week. In my opinion it's not just for when you are down in the dumps. I've found it helps to boost my mood even when I am not in a bad mood. For me, the most effective time to use it is when I first feel myself slipping into a negative state of mind. Amazing product !!!
