I just wanted to let you all know, this dose completely shuts down an autistic meltdown in its tracks, within seconds. We discovered this at my job by accident during a very dangerous meltdown in a car. The app is on my phone which was connected to the aux cable in the vehicle. My phone was accidentally bumped and the app started running. It was on very high volume over the speakers and I couldn't get to my phone to shut it off without risking a student hurting themselves. Within seconds of this dose beginning the meltdown was not only instantly diffused, but my student was in a happy, calm, and peaceful state by the middle of the dose. We've done this repeatedly over the past few weeks, and it has worked for several students with different levels of severity in Autism. It seems to work best if the volume is higher then for normal music listening (not max level, just a little louder than usual).
