I have listened to this twice whilst multi tasking on the pc. The sounds were easy to absorb and I forgot that I had head phones on. Surprisingly after the first time listening I did feel a big sense of positive attitude within myself and I felt very confident and without doubtful thoughts. After listening again I found myself setting up and publishing 3 websites, ne of which is a personal blog and it is the first time in 4 years that I have felt the confidence to believe in my own writing enough to publish to the world. I have decided to make it a daily practice as of today because of the evident changes that have happened already just from listening! I no longer suffer with procrastination either! There are lots of little things that have been put off for years and have all been accomplished in as little as one week. I am 2 weeks way from giving birth and yet still found a way to get so much sorted out. Thank you Idoser. Chloe
