i have an extreme case of panick attacks I'm currently sober and dont want to use diazepams when use this dose it helps me get through panick attacks and keep a leveedl feeling socially with out my fucking pain that i usaly deal with although i use it 3 times a day . no doubt i doser has truly discoverd a new way to affect ur body and brain process i give it 10 years before doctors and coporations catch on to this . oh yeah u have to listen to the whole thing from start to finish for it to really work i listen to it at 50 % volume the brown noise goes away for me in about 20 to 30 mins then i feel a wave of calm where i had felt a panicked before for 4 to 5 hours after of course no come down or withdrawal . thank u i doser
