I love this dose. I am a tennis player, so I work out a lot, and my muscles and mind are always under a lot of stress. While listening to the dose, I began to feel my muscles start to relax completely, and my mind started to rush less and less. When I finished listening to the dose, my muscles felt like they were almost asleep, extremely relaxed, almost like it was part of my bed. My mind is usually rushing a lot, and after listening to this I felt my mind blank with a calming peacefulness that spread all over my body. I recommend this to anyone that has regular muscle pain, such as athletes. Also a great stress reliever since it calms the mind.
